Direct Property Services was selected to convert The Old Chapel into ten self-contained apartments.
This project was truly exciting and came about with innovative and clever designs from the architect, Jon Bavin.
The site has an internal steel frame which has saved all the external features and characters and with the project complete, all ten apartments have been let ensuring a maximised and rapid return for the owners.
The construction was given solar panels, air conditioning, roof gardens and balconies. There was also a car park for allocated parking
