Deptford Place included the demolition of existing garaging & building of a terrace of three student houses two consisting of 8 bedrooms and one of 6. Each with top quality student communal kitchen/lounge areas and generous shower rooms.
Bryce Properties had strict requirements on time-scales. Due to the nature of the student housing business, the accommodation had to be completed in plenty of time for the start of the September term 2012.
We worked closely with the owner of Bryce Properties who had very definite design and build standards. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable project and a nice addition to our portfolio.
